Our Graduate Scheme
We are passionate about providing early pathways into pharma for graduates and have won the Pharma Industry Awards UK’s Graduate Training Programme of the year in September 2023. This award celebrates those pharmaceutical organisations offering best-in-class graduate training and development programmes.

We are providing a pathway for bright talent in a unique, dynamic section of the pharmaceutical industry.
During this 2-year program you will have the opportunity to get real hands-on experience and contribute to large-scale real-world pharmaceutical projects.
You will be an integral member of the Pharmanovia Commercial team, providing first-rate representation of the company, and building on our existing credibility, to position Pharmanovia as a global partner of choice for innovative, orphan and value-add medicines.
Working in tandem with the global team, and regional commercial affiliates and partners, you will proactively help with commercial projects, project planning, project reporting and transition management, this involves defining the scope of the project, monitoring and tracking any changes, identifying resources required, and creating a project plan. You will help co-ordinate attendance and meetings schedules at conferences and ensure all activity is fully tracked and captured in monthly reports.
Setting up commercial & transition management plans and providing report against progress/milestones.
Owing tasks in the commercial & transition Management process (e.g., Developing Pharmanovia’s corporate knowledge of commercial & transition management on both a global and regional basis.
Bringing new ways of working/ approaches to commercial & transition management.
1 degree in a relevant subject (e.g., life & health sciences, data sciences, quantitative disciplines, chemistry, economics, business studies, computing, statistics).
Strong aptitude for technology and highly proficient in the use of MS Office particularly intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent standard of written and verbal communication in business English.
Flexibility to align to the working requirements of a fast-paced graduate scheme.
Relevant work experience by the way of placement would be desirable.
Project management skills.

Graduates are an important part of the team. This is a hybrid role (2-3 days per week office based and the rest working from home). Office attendance is a requirement, and you will spend at least one day each week at our head office in Basildon. You will also have the opportunity to work from our London office.
If successful you must be able to evidence a valid right to work prior to commencement of employment, which must be valid for the 24 months duration of the graduate scheme. We are not able to offer sponsorship for our UK-based graduate programmes.
