We are in search of a motivated Business Development Manager with a strong background in healthcare to help us expand our reach in Northampton and beyond.

The Role:

The Business Development Manager will be instrumental in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing tender processes, and upholding the highest levels of quality assurance. Your expertise in the healthcare sector, especially in supported living, will be key to our growth and our ability to serve a larger client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and execute plans to broaden our healthcare services in Northampton and the surrounding areas.
  • Lead the tendering process for acquiring new contracts, ensuring excellence and timeliness in all proposals.
  • Manage quality assurance initiatives, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
  • Foster and maintain robust relationships with clients, stakeholders, and professionals in the healthcare industry.
  • Conduct thorough market research to uncover new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Collaborate with our management team to set and meet ambitious growth targets.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable success in business development within the healthcare sector.
  • Significant experience in tender management and quality assurance.
  • Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly supported living services.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Autonomous work ethic with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
  • Availability for travel as required to achieve business goals.
  • Relevant academic or professional qualifications in healthcare, business administration, or a related field.
