Senior Environmental Project Manager

HRP Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced environmental Senior Project Manager to join our geology and remediation team in our Plymouth, MA office. The successful candidate will lead a talented team focusing on completion of challenging site characterization and remediation projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project management
- Personnel management
- Technical reviews
- Data analysis
- Remedial planning & design
- Proposal development
- Client & business development
- Report preparation
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
We are looking for creative, results driven individuals with strong backgrounds in team management, geology, hydrogeology, geochemistry, environmental science, or related fields.
- Has an (LSP) Licensed Site Professional, PE, PG, or other relevant professional licensure preferred
- BS/MS in Geology, Environmental Engineering, or similar major
- Minimum 10 years’ experience completing environmental investigation and remediation projects in Massachusetts
- Demonstrated success in planning, developing, and executing field investigation/remedial strategies for pollutants in various geologic settings
- Experience with the Massachusetts Contingency Plan and EPA Brownfields programs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in MS Office products
- Capable of working both independently and in a team environment
- Self-motivated, energetic professional
- Previous experience managing and/or directing staff preferred
