As Sales Manager, you will report to the General Manager. You will guide and manage hotel operations effectively, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strategic growth, and high-performance standards while fostering a positive work environment and driving financial success. Plan & implement annual marketing expenditure per hotel with sales & marketing team focusing on overall business. Execute quarterly activity plans to create focus for the team and adapt activity to support business needs of the hotel. Develop and nurture relationships with key global corporate clients through ongoing account management. Perform day-to-day sales activity including face-to-face meetings, contracting & rate negotiation, site inspections, attendance at trade events, client entertainment and overseas sales trips. Client entertaining/site inspections may require evening & weekend hours. Deal with CCD client enquiries from initial quotations, following-up to contract stage, ensuring the highest standard of customer satisfaction. Develop and nurture client relationships within the conference segment through conference agencies and for domestic & international tour operators. Collaborate with CDOS and team on proactive M&E strategy and identifying & analysing opportunities to ensure they fit within the hotel's business strategy. Undertake monthly tracking of M&E room hire, food and beverage to monitor enquiries and conversion levels and call out risk months and opportunities. What You Will Need 2 to 3 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in a hotel or customer-focused environment. A creative thinker with an outgoing personality, capable of building new relationships and maintaining existing ones. Proven experience in effective people management within a team environment. Sales-focused, target-driven, and results-oriented. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear reports to clients and colleagues.
