Working with a diverse range of clients, from large corporations, SME's and individuals, the dynamic team of legal experts is looking to add an additional Employment Lawyer to the team in Essex.

As an Employment Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in providing top-notch legal advice and representation to clients on a wide array of contentious and non-contentious employment-related matters. Your responsibilities will include advising on:

  • Employment contracts
  • Discrimination
  • Settlement agreements

To excel in this role, you will ideally have the following qualifications and qualities:

  • Qualified solicitor with 4+ years of post-qualification experience
  • A demonstrable track record of success in handling employment law cases
  • Used to representing clients in final hearing tribunals
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
