Project Manager
to join our Building Division in Coulport.
Candidates with extensive civil experience but limited Project Management experience will be considered, as MOD projects progress at a slower pace, providing an opportunity to learn on the job
Holds SMSTS and CSCS cards
Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from inception to completion, while adhering to budgetary and timeline constraints.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and expectations.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to optimize project outcomes.
- Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and innovation on-site, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Manage and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional development.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
