We are looking for individuals that have a good understanding and experience of relational databases (SQL Server/T-SQL), schemas and relationships across multiple data sources. You will have proven knowledge and experience of data modelling and database design.

Any experience of MS Synapse or data lake experience would be highly beneficial to your application. As a BI Developer with Greencore, you will be designing and developing data flows and integrations between systems and databases for the group, as well as contributing to other areas of their business landscape.

In addition to reporting, the team is responsible for several areas of data engineering and database development, including integrations development with our ERP systems, providing end-to-end solutions with web apps, and general database administration.

What you’ll be doing in your role as a BI Developer :

Designing and developing database integrations between systems and contributing to the building of Data Warehouses for reporting purposes (eg developing ETL pipelines).
Database development in collaboration with the development team, collaborating with BAs and internal stakeholders to manage demand and a backlog of data requirements.
Leveraging best-practices to contribute to our wider goal of consolidating data sources and improving maintainability of our reporting landscape.
