Job Title: Powder Coater Location: Redditch, UK Shift: Night Shift (8.45 pm to 7 am) Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour A successful manufacturing company located in the Redditch area is seeking an experienced Powder Coater to join their growing team. Working on a night shift you'll be supporting the finishing team by Powder Coating a variety of products to an exceptional standard. Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Applying powder coating to various surfaces with precision and attention to detail.
  • Loading and offloading product from the track
  • Ensuring even coating and adherence to quality standards.
  • Operating and maintaining powder coating equipment.
  • Inspecting finished products for defects and making necessary adjustments.
  • Following safety guidelines and maintaining a clean working environment.
Requirements: The ideal candidate should have:
  • Proven experience as a Powder Coater in an industrial setting.
  • At least 2 years industrial painting experience required
  • Proficiency in using powder coating equipment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols.
  • FLT License *desirable
