Finance Director - Marinas & Commercial Properties
Our client is getting ready for an exciting journey acquiring a diverse portfolio of Marinas and Commercial properties to bring them out of administration and turn them around.
The ideal candidate will be a Finance Director comfortable dealing with acquisitions and turnaround. Responsible for all financial aspects of the acquired portfolio.

Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy
Provide strategic financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support informed decision- making
Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and ESG reporting requirements, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability
Team leadership - lead and develop the finance team
Develop and implement financial restructuring plansFinance Director - Marinas & Commercial Properties
Proven experience as a CFO/Finance Director
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
Extensive experience in finance leadership roles
Previous experience working for a Private Equity backed company - Desirable
