Our client is a Kent based, privately owned developer who are well known for delivering some of the region’s most impressively appointed, beautifully built low volume housing projects. They pride themselves on excellent build quality, exceptional finish, and outstanding customer care and satisfaction.
THE JOB: Cash rich and with a sound land bank and 4 new sites coming later this year, our client is looking for a Technical Manager with demonstrateable experience of new build residential projects, particularly timber frame.
Excellent knowledge of early stages of development, for example, drainage, roads, services such as electricity and water, foundations etc.
* Whole project experience from start to handover.
* Timber frame housing.
* Experience of Part L Building regulations.
