Senior Sales Negotiator - Farnham
Salary: Basic £30K OTE £40K

An opening has arisen for a Senior Sales Negotiator at our clients independent firm of Estate Agents in Farnham.
Viewed as a market leader who excel in customer service, the branch has seen significant growth over the last few years and, as a direct result, require a Senior Negotiator to join the team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years experience in the industry.
  • Residency in the local area.
  • Proficiency in computer operations, including MS Office and estate agency software systems.
  • Ownership of a car.
  • Professional, articulate, with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Registering and attending to applicant needs.
  • Conducting and executing sales valuations.
  • Scheduling and conducting property viewings.
  • Negotiating sales among involved parties.
  • Liaising with third parties.
  • Handling administrative tasks.
  • Drafting property details.
  • Supporting day-to-day operations of the team.
Work Schedule:

Full-time, five-day week including Saturdays.
Additional Details:
Competitive pay structure including milage allowance
