My client is a highly successful manufacturer of specialist products for the medical industry. They are looking for a Product Technical Support Engineer to join their expanding team. You will support the sales team and the company’s customers with regards to the technical aspects of their product range. Main Duties:

  • Working closely with the engineering team to give technical product support
  • Ensuring that all technical enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Producing technical specification documents
  • Carrying out internal testing of products
  • Ensuring that the correct product specifications are used on quotations
Knowledge/Experience required:
  • Experience in a support position or in a customer-facing role
  • Engineering knowledge
  • Strong spoken and written English skills
  • Knowledge of any of medical devices, torque, power or gears would be advantageous
Salary/Other Details:
  • The salary for this permanent role is circa £35k-£45k per annum, depending on experience
  • The role is based in Buckinghamshire, 5 days a week
