The Company: Our client is an independent agency based in the heart of Leicester, managing a diverse portfolio of private residential properties. They pride themselves on offering comprehensive and competitive lettings services.
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced, committed, and self-motivated Lettings Negotiator to their busy, professional office. Arrange property viewings and inspections, providing exceptional service.
Conduct viewings and property inspections within the City Centre.
Match suitable applicants to available properties.
Handle maintenance issues by coordinating with contractors, landlords, and tenants.
Manage Utility Bills for vacant properties.
Prepare all legal documents between tenants and landlords.
Previous experience in lettings.
Good knowledge of the local area.

Working Hours: 20 hours per week, ideally Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM (No Weekend Work) - Negotiable
