Sales / Office Administrator

Comber (BT23)

Salary c.£21K - £24K DOE

On behalf of our client a leading local wholesale/distribution business, McKinty Associates are seeking to recruit an experienced Sales / Office Administrator to join their team.

Key Duties:

· To provide excellent customer service as the main point of contact for the business.

· General administration support to team members.

· Answering calls, responding to emails.

· Open and distribute mail as appropriate.

· Manage social media accounts.

· Maintain and update systems.

· Typing various documents and electronic information.

· Dealing with queries from customers and sales representatives.

· Provide regular updates on stock levels and pricing.

· Liaise with customer groups on price changes and new products.

· Relevant ad hoc duties as required.

Eligibility criteria:

· Previous experience in a similar role desirable.

· Education to include a minimum of 3 GCSE's grade C or above or equivalent.

· Computer literate - including strong Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

· Excellent administration & organisational skills.

· Highly computer literate including strong Excel skills.

· Excellent communicator and able to build relationships and rapport.

· Good numeracy aptitude and keen eye for detail.

· Ability to multitask, manage deadlines and workload.

· Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
