Our client is a local property maintenance company that performs reactive maintenance to social housing properties and other local government properties within their domestic and commercial portfolios. They are looking to recruit a roofer who can assist with their day to day works orders of reactive maintenance and PPM. The key activities you will undertake in this role will be; A wide variety of roofing repairs at occupied homes, buildings and empty properties. The work will include; pitch, and flat roof repairs including replacement of tiles, felt, eave trays, lead repairs/replacement, mineral sheet repairs/replacement (torch on), and non-licenced asbestos removal (where full training will be given). Requirements Previous roofing experience (essential) Clean Driving License (essential) Hard working A trade specific qualification such as a NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Roofing is preferred Reliable Successful recruitment is subject to a mandatory Clean DBS and Drug Test Benefits Regular working hours (Monday to Friday 0800 – 1630) Company Van Fuel Card Uniform PAYE Pay Full-time work, permanent after a minimum of 12 weeks BUPA select healthcare scheme (upon successful completion of probation period) Portal offering discounts to hundreds of shops and restaurants Company-funded annual Family Summer Fun Day and Christmas Party Corporate discount to local Gym Membership If you are interested, please call the office on (phone number removed) and ask for the construction team.
