A luxury boutique who specialise in clean beauty are seeking a Skincare Specialist to join their friendly and professional team. You will be responsible for providing a seamless customer journey from 1 to 1 consultations to sharing product knowledge of the beautiful skincare, haircare and cosmetic brands. Benefits: £30,000 per annum Monthly commission based on turnover achieved One weekend off per month (except in December) Day-off on your birthday Extensive and ongoing training on products and facials 40% discount on products Company pension scheme after qualifying period Responsibilities: Providing customers with a warm welcome Carrying out skin consultations Sales and advice of clean beauty brands and products Taking part in brand events that happen within the store Assist the store manager with stock management and ordering of various supplies Day to day up-keeping of the store, treatment room and staff areas Ensuring high standards of professionalism, presentation and cleanliness Prepare and send packages related online orders Requirements: Passion for skin and clean beauty Excellent communication skills Well groomed and presented Opening Hours Monday to Saturday from 10am to 7pm and on Sunday from 10am to 6pm
