At LightField London we are a tightly knit team who embrace the arts. Our multi-disciplinary studio generates creative ideation, brand design and strategy, 3d animation, films, stunning visualisations, bespoke music compositions and product design.

We work across multiple industries including startups to high end luxury brands all over the world.

We are looking for a creative and well skilled 3D Animation Artist to join our 3D Animation team. With a variety of clients, you will need to have a passion for creating 3D photorealistic animations across a multitude of industries. From architecture, product design, environments and much more, the ideal candidate will have the creative mindset and enthusiasm to create and deliver on our clients brief. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong background in 3D modelling, rendering, and animation, with a keen eye for detail and a creative mindset.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to learn and develop your 3D modelling, rendering, and animation skills within a supportive and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in digital art and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and workflows.

As a 3D Artist, you will be responsible for transforming ideas into stunning animations that bring our projects to life.

Being passionate about 3D and appreciating the unique processes that coincide with producing high quality animation and film will be essential to the success of each project.

Whether this be contributing to group discussions and conceptual development or to taking opportunities to innovate and push design boundaries, you will thrive and love sharing insights and ideas with your team that will excite and inspire others because here at LightField London, each project is treated as a blank canvas where no ideas are off the table.

Assist senior 3D artists in creating high-quality 3D animations including those of architectural designs.
Develop and execute photorealistic renderings and animations sequences that effectively communicate the design intent and aesthetic and atmosphere.
Collaborate with project leads to understand project requirements and objectives.
Ability to continuously learn new plugins and short cuts for texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques to continuously push the possibilities of photorealistic animations through the enhancement of visualisations.
Iterate on designs based on feedback from senior team members and clients to refine the final output and ensure alignment with project goals.
Utilise advanced software tools and techniques to produce realistic and visually compelling animations.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in 3D animation techniques to continuously improve skills and workflows.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.

Proven strong experience in creating excellent photo realistic animations using Cinema 4D, Octane or Redshift renderer.
Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite, AfterEffects, Photoshop.
A minimum of 3-4 years experience in producing photo realistic animations.
Experience in optimising scenes and assets within the different software’s.
An artistic and creative eye.
Solid knowledge and experience in the following software’s: Houdini, X particles, Blender, Substance.
A good understanding and open approach to working and learning current and new AI tools to enhance the quality of the produced images.
