Your Role and Responsibilities As a Design Engineer, you’ll be an integral part of our Construction Engineering team, contributing to a wide range of complex construction engineering services. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like: Collaborate with clients to understand technical requirements, leading the development of fee proposals and managing the workload of engineers and technical staff. Oversee the production of design deliverables, including calculations, drawings, and reports, while identifying opportunities for value engineering. Act as the lead representative at project meetings, managing financial and commercial aspects with support from the Engineering and Commercial Managers. Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement. Review monthly invoices and gather feedback from clients to enhance our services. What We’re Looking For This role is perfect for you if: You have completed IEng Initial Professional Development (or CEng equivalent) with a relevant professional institution (e.g., ICE) and possess practical industry experience.
