Position : Contracts Manager - Roofing
Location : Chelmsford, Essex

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee roofing projects, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to timelines.

- Manage budgets, procurement, and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency and profitability.
- Conduct site inspections, address challenges proactively, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the roofing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and regulations.

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
