Business Analyst - Product
Hybrid - Swindon, Wiltshire or London, Paddington
The technical Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Product Manager with analysis, documentation, and Jira housekeeping for the product & engineering workstreams.
The Business Analyst will capture the work required for the business or its suppliers to deliver the business requirements, ensuring all such requirements (functional and non-functional) are captured and detailed. The Business Analyst will also ensure that training and handover materials are prepared where required.
Capture business requirements in collaboration with Product managers
Write and refine epics and user stories and ensure excellent Jira data quality
Assist the Product Manager with prioritisation of objectives based on business criticality and impact
Support the PMO with process mapping and work with internal teams to capture pain points, bottlenecks, and lean wastes
Proven commercial experience as a Business Analyst, working within complex organisations
Strong communication skills both written and verbal with ability to liaise with all levels and areas of the business
Experience in process mapping, continuous improvement the Agile methodology and Lean techniques
