This role is ideal for an experienced leader with a background in engineering or chemical manufacturing. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, strong project management skills, and the ability to manage complex, time-critical activities. They should also be adept at handling ambiguity and building effective teams across multiple disciplines.
Develop detailed plans to meet Safety, Health, Environment (SHE), Quality, Cost, and Time requirements.
Assist the Maintenance Team with day-to-day resource planning.
Liaise with external contractors to identify and implement innovative technical solutions.
In return you’ll receive a salary up to £60k, 29 days holiday + Bank Holidays, up to 14% pension contributions and Private Medical amongst others.
