They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Director to lead one of their most prestigious and fast-paced locations at Heathrow Airport.

As the Store Manager you will be ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and driving sales performance. You will be responsible for leading a talented team, maintaining the highest standards of luxury retail, and upholding the brand’s esteemed reputation.

Lead and inspire a large high-performing team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience, ensuring every client feels valued and appreciated.
Manage store operations efficiently, ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and enhance store performance.
Foster a positive and motivating work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
Maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect the brand’s luxury image.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of top-selling products.
Proven managerial experience in a high-end retail environment, preferably within the luxury jewellery sector.
Strategic thinker with the ability to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
Experience in multi-site manager role or area manager roles within premium luxury brands would also be considered
