Senior Recruitment Consultant - Corporate Procurement & Supply Chain

1st Executive is the UK’s largest specialist Procurement and Supply Chain Recruitment with a growing Corporate Sustainability practice, offering permanent and interim recruitment solutions to the world’s largest companies, including the likes of Adidas, Barclays, BP, GSK, GE, and McLaren to name a few

Long-term PSL relationships are maintained with these clients by developing strong delivery partnerships that outperform the competition. 1st Executive is owner/founder managed, giving our consultants close access to learn directly from some of the most experienced recruiters in this sector.

The role:

We currently seek a senior recruiter and or manager to lead the further development and expansion of our Procurement & Supply Chain offering. This is a billing 360 role with the potential to management. Networking and business development play an important aspect of the role, as well as successful and efficient delivery - while building strong partnerships with our clients.

You will be responsible for developing a desk with realistic and achievable targets - our consultants deliver a single POC meaning the clients you win are yours to nurture manage and grow. With no form of candidate ownership, you can immediately make your mark with access to every single candidate within the networks we have built over the last 20 years.

Requirements:

Experienced recruiter and or manager with exposure to developing and delivering to clients in the corporate space

Motivated by the chase of business development winning new clients and building new relationships with senior stakeholders

Degree educated or qualified by experience

High professional level of spoken and written English

A strong work ethic and determination to succeed
