Job Description: As the Electrical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing electrical installations and ensuring the successful delivery of commercial solar and battery projects. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will lead a team of electricians, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality assurance, and timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Coordinate and manage electrical aspects of commercial solar and battery projects from inception to completion.

2. Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate electrical teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project objectives.

3. Quality Assurance: Ensure electrical installations meet industry standards, regulations, and company specifications.

4. Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.

5. Resource Management: Oversee resource allocation, including materials, equipment, and manpower, to optimise project efficiency.

6. Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise in electrical systems, troubleshooting issues, and proposing innovative solutions.

7. Client Interaction: Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to address electrical requirements and maintain positive relationships.

8. Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including project documentation, reports, and compliance certificates.

Requirements:

1. Electrical Qualifications: Experienced Electrical Manager or Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

2. Experience: Proven experience in electrical project management, preferably within the renewable energy sector.

3. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.

4. Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and regulations.

5. Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.

6. Problem-Solving: Analytical thinker with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues.

7. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.

8. Certifications: Relevant certifications such as City and Guilds, NAPIT, NICEIC, ECS, or equivalent are desirable.

9. Driving License: Valid UK driving license.
