Are you passionate Teaching Assistant with SEN Experience about supporting the educational journey of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Do you have the experience and dedication to make a positive impact in a primary school setting? Our dedicated team works collaboratively to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
Teaching Assistant Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to students with SEN, both in one-on-one and small group settings.
Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and tailored support strategies.
Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance SEN support skills.
Teaching Assistant with SEN Experience Requirements:
Previous experience working with children with SEN in a school or similar setting.
A patient, caring, and empathetic approach, with a passion for supporting children with diverse needs.
Understanding of SEN strategies and interventions.
Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support (desirable).
As a Teaching Assistant please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection and that successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks including an enhanced DBS on the update service.
