Are you passionate about all things digital and know your way around a web / ecommerce project? I'm currently partnering with an agency who are looking to expand their digital team with a Digital Account Manager.

They don't come much better than this. This is a real people focused agency with a strong reputation in the market - for culture and clients. This agency has ambitious growth plans and has already hit global status as part of it plans. Clients spanning leisure, retail, tech and charities.

About the role...

As Digital Account Manager you'll be managing a portfolio of clients and responsible for all of their digital requirements (web design, build, updates and integration projects). You'll have a clear understanding of what they need and be able to challenge thinking to deliver the best solution. You'll be involved in weekly WIP and status meetings to manage workload and it goes without saying that you'll be responsible for status reports, estimates, purchase orders, schedules and the saving of work. You'll also have the support of a Digital Project Management team who will work with you for the delivery of all projects.

About you...

To be considered for this Senior Digital Account Manager role, you'll have experience of working in an agency and managing client relationships. Experience of working on web / ecommerce based projects is a must. You'll have experience of managing client relationships and taking briefs - gathering the key requirements and technical specifics from the client to share internally. You'll be a great communicator and be passionate about project delivery.
