Enabling Support Worker Location : Harlow, Essex

At Keefield Close they are recruiting for Enabling Support Workers.

As an Enabling Support Worker it will be your role to provide support and encouragement, by taking direction from both the person supported and the person centred support plan.
You may also be required to administer personal care and medication.
There will be a requirement to cover sleep in sessions. You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in.
At Keefield Close, on the outskirts of Harlow, Essex, provides person-centred, responsive, residential care for ten adults with profound physical and intellectual disabilities.
They provide care for a wide range of needs including quadriplegia and Downs Syndrome.
There is a lovely sensory garden at the back, and a separate building with facilities such as a sensory room. Their accessible and welcoming environment provides modern facilities with 24/7 support.
Welcome bonus of £500 on completion of 12 months of employment (terms apply)
As well as sending you a birthday card, all frontline care staff can have the opportunity to take the day off on their birthday, taken from your annual entitlement.
Great CQC great reward. If your service is rated good or equivalent by CQC in all domains, all staff will receive a £30 gift voucher. If rated outstanding, all staff will receive a £50 gift voucher.
You can be nominated for a recognition letter from a member of the Executive Leadership Team and you may also be nominated to receive a gift voucher up to £50 for going above and beyond within your role.

Generous Annual Leave entitlement of 25 days + 8 days bank holiday for the first 5 years. Increasing to 28 days + 8 days bank holiday after 5 years.
