This system, operating on the Salesforce Platform, will not only revolutionize the way we manage rent, charges, and arrears but is also becoming an integral part of our organization. To further tailor the system to our unique requirements, we're seeking a dynamic Welfare & Benefits Technical Manager to join our dedicated team.

About the Role:
  1. Customised System Development: Shape the In-Form System by Homeless Link to offer a bespoke package tailored to our residents' specific and organizational needs.
  2. System Implementation Expertise: Leverage your experience in welfare and benefits within the housing/support sector to lead the implementation of the new system, ensuring seamless data export and input.
  3. Team Training and Support: Provide assistance to team members, ensuring they are proficient in using the system and maximizing its benefits.
  4. Collaborative Approach: Work closely with In-Form Technical Leads to develop best practices and maintain high-quality system output.
  5. User-Friendly Reporting: Deliver technical and user-friendly reports to stakeholders, effectively communicating updates and changes to the system.
  6. Requirements Definition: Understand and define user requirements, ensuring the system aligns with our organizational goals.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Maintain and develop reports, dashboards, custom workflows, and processes for ongoing system enhancement.
  8. User Training: Plan and implement user training for new functionalities, upgrades, and changes.
  9. Benefit Support: Extend your expertise to support our residents in obtaining and maintaining eligible benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Platform SaaS Management: Oversee the daily operations, configuration, and customization of the SaaS customer relationship management (CRM) systems (ideally In-Form), ensuring stability, efficiency, and user satisfaction. Implement best practices in system maintenance, data integrity, and security.
  2. Salesforce Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of Salesforce.com to optimize platform functionality, manage customizations, use cases, and integrate new features. Stay updated with Salesforce releases and ensure the platform leverages the latest capabilities.
  3. Digital Transformation Leadership: Drive digital transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance platform performance and user experience through innovative digital solutions.
  4. Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of projects, from conception through deployment, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and users to gather requirements, provide updates, and solicit feedback. Ensure the platform evolves in response to user needs and industry trends.
  6. Data Analysis and Reporting: Leverage data analytics to monitor platform performance, generate insights, and inform decision-making. Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with relevant standards.
About You:
  • Technical Prowess: Bring considerable technical experience to the table, with a focus on system implementation and development.
  • Customer-Centric: Showcase excellent customer-facing skills, coaching and mentoring users of all levels.
  • Welfare & Benefits Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the welfare and benefits system.
  • Collaborative Communicator: Work confidently with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring effective communication.
  • Detail-Oriented: Possess an excellent eye for detail and accuracy in system management.
  • Platform Familiarity: Experience with In-Form and/or Salesforce is highly desirable.
  • Adaptability: Showcase an adaptable nature and a quick learning ability.
  • Empathy and Sensitivity: Understand the needs of vulnerable groups and approach work with empathy and sensitivity.
  • Driver: Hold a valid driver's license and have access to your own car (Expenses will be paid).
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Ideally proven experience in managing Salesforce.com or other SaaS CRM platforms, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, features, and best practices.
  • Experience in digital transformation, demonstrating a track record of implementing effective digital solutions.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
