As a member of the HR team, you will work closely with the HR Manager and Operations Managers to provide operational HR support in a fast-paced environment. You are a proactive and strategic HR professional with substantial experience in a senior role, a comprehensive understanding of employment law. You will play a crucial role in supporting leaders with training and development, influencing change management initiatives and managing complex employee relations cases.
Influence, coach and develop managers in the use of policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
Partner with hiring managers to support recruitment, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
Support and guide managers in the performance appraisal process, providing tools and strategies to enhance employee performance.
Ensure all HR activities comply with current employment law and regulatory requirements, staying updated with any legislative changes.
Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably supporting multiple sites and in a unionised Manufacturing environment.
Minimum of 5 years HR experience with a strong knowledge of UK employment law.
English language is a must.
Proven track record in managing a variety of employee relations cases, from investigations to resolution.
