Our client, a leading general insurer and financial services company who have been serving the community for over 100 years are currently recruiting for a Training & Quality Supervisor to join their expanding team. As a Training & Quality Supervisor, you will be crucial to the success of an ambitious, expanding local business.

You will be joining an established yet fast growing business, with a team of people who are committed to delivering consistent excellent results across quality, customer service and business growth.
You will work within a team of Quality & Training Supervisors supported by the Quality & Training Leader ensuring that you are all delivering excellent training to shape and develop all areas of the business.
Co-ordinate effective and efficient agency training to meet the requirements of the business to enable delivery of outstanding customer service and low risk management.
Adherence to key regulatory processes and controls including monthly audit reporting, FCA breach investigations, product training and competence.
Support the Q&T Leader to identify and manage complaint trends and/or risk
Establish and promote good risk management practices
Support senior management to build on existing business culture and create a progressive, supportive and professional environment.
Monitor and deliver our training and competency requirements.
The ability to deliver high quality training for all roles in the business to ensure robust on-boarding and continuous development for all employees.
Friendly, approachable and a rational and reasonable approach to managing risk across the business areas.
Experience in coaching individuals to support day to day activities but also pro-actively support development and maximise their contribution to the business objectives.
