About the Role We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Manager to join our client's team and manage their construction projects from start to finish. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The client prefers candidates who have worked on a variety of projects as they work in different sectors, both new build and refurb. This is also a great time to join as the company are going through planned expansion, opening up progression for the right people. Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Coordinate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all aspects of the project are properly planned and executed
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Ensure that all site activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and expectations are managed
  • Ensure that all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a Site Manager role, ideally main contracting
  • Strong understanding of construction methods and practices
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license
