Job Title: SEO Manager

Position Overview:

  • As the SEO Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies.
  • You will be working across the full spectrum of SEO.
  • There will be an element of pitching and client facing responsibilities in this role as well as the technical side.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute SEO Strategies: Formulate and execute innovative SEO strategies tailored to the unique needs of B2B clients, encompassing technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, link building, and more.
  • Keyword Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-value target keywords and opportunities for organic growth within B2B niches.
  • Technical SEO Optimization: Oversee technical SEO audits, identify technical issues hindering organic performance, and implement solutions to improve website crawlability, indexing, and site speed.
  • Content Strategy and Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-optimized content strategies aligned with client objectives, ensuring content resonates with target audiences and drives organic traffic.
  • Link Building and Outreach: Develop and execute effective link building strategies to enhance domain authority and drive quality backlinks from relevant sources within B2B sectors.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor SEO performance metrics, analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, and prepare comprehensive reports showcasing key insights and progress against KPIs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for SEO-related discussions with clients, providing strategic guidance, addressing inquiries, and fostering strong client relationships.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay abreast of the latest developments and trends in SEO, search engine algorithms, and digital marketing, and proactively integrate emerging best practices into client strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working in SEO roles within an agency environment, preferably with a focus on B2B clients.
  • In-depth understanding of SEO best practices, algorithms, and ranking factors.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
