We are looking for nurses who are confident in talking to patients, carers, and family members on the telephone or via video consultation. You will be making a difference by providing initial clinical advice and information, signposting to appropriate services, and initiating episodes of community nursing care. Patients tell us that this first contact with the service is an important part of their whole package of care, because it gives them confidence that we understand their needs right from the start.

You will need to be confident using computers and creating electronic clinical records, as well as being familiar with the key areas of clinical practice being provided in the community.
