Location: Mobile, based from Normanton Depot, Wakefield
Contract: Full time, permanent
75 hours per week, Monday to Friday plus on-call rota requirement

As a Mobile Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer with Robertson Facilities Management, you will work at various sites for our client in Wakefield, providing a Facilities Management maintenance service (planned and reactive) across the client's portfolio of public and commercial buildings. To ensure that the Facilities are maintained to the levels specified in the Performance Standards.
To undertake planned, responsive, and cyclical maintenance work on equipment as defined by your core and non-core skills as per the agreed client programme.
Provide timely updates to the helpdesk on progress of reactive works and completion of reactive / planned tasks.
Provide written technical reports as required, including routine maintenance and reactive reports.
To ensure the safe operation of all plant, equipment, and tools.
Facilitate site attendance by specialist sub-contractors as required by the contract.
To maintain asset histories, maintenance records and helpdesk reports, informing the Administrator or Team leader of any follow up action that may be required.
To take part in an On-Call rota providing 24hr, 365-day cover to the Facilities
Experience in electrical power distribution systems/ lighting systems/ 18th Edition
City & Guilds NVQ in Servicing and Maintaining Air Conditioning
Experience in HVAC control systems
A full driving licence is required.
Able to have a flexible approach to working arrangements.
