Role Overview:
As a Maintenance Manager, you'll oversee the upkeep andrepair of M&E equipment across various blue-chip contracts within ourResident and Mobile Portfolio at SMS. Your responsibilities includeensuring asset operation, maintaining records in compliance withindustry standards, and delivering a Smart and world-class servicethat inspires client and team confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managecommercial and financial aspects of contracts.
- Lead a diverseengineering team.
- Monitor and control PPM and reactivestatistics.
- Produce monthly reports and energy reports.
- Ensure statutory certification compliance.
- Manageteam in accordance with SMS Policies, including health & safety.
- Optimize staffing levels for cost-effectiveness and serviceexcellence.
CandidateRequirements:
- Must hold recognized industryqualifications in Electrical (BS7671 18th Edition), Electrical(C&G2391 Inspection and Testing), or C&G Mechanical & HVAC.
- Knowledge of technical standards and business-criticalservices.
- Preferably hold IOSH or NEBOSH certification.
