Compass Corporate services are proud to be working with a leading national Domiciliary Care Organisation to recruit a Regional Head of Finance based in Southampton. Our client is a group of regional care companies, founded in 2013. From over 100 locations across the UK and with more than 6,000 care and support professionals. Each contributing with expert local care services knowledge, they provide, safe, bespoke, personalised care and support services to people with different needs, promoting independent living. This is an excellent opportunity to develop a career with a well-established, highly respected and expanding provider of domiciliary health and social care services across the South of UK. The Group is part of a large international company which is rapidly expanding in the UK with ambitions to become one of the leading brands in care services.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Ops Director and will have overall leadership responsibility for the finance functions in the region. The Regional Head of Finance works closely with the Senior Management Team to provide critical insight into all aspects of financial performance of the business in order to deliver business objectives. They will assist the Senior Management Team in the business planning & reporting cycle (strategic plans, budgets, outlooks and forecasts). It is envisaged that this is a full-time role. Fully qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)


~ Extensive senior level accountancy experience


~ The Head office is located in Southampton, and you will be required to work full time on site
