Providing and mentoring on high-quality teaching based on evidence, and the ability to model this for others and support others to improve
Analysing data to set individual targets and identify weaknesses to ensure the academic programme reaches the full potential of what is required by Ofsted
Ensuring that the children and young people have received educational opportunities and acquire knowledge and skills, i.e., Numeracy, Literature and IT Skills as part of their personal and academic development
Working alongside the Headteacher to ensure the school effectively and efficiently operates within the required regulatory frameworks and meets all statutory duties
You must have a QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) Qualification and teaching experience and a National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH)
An understanding of SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities)
Understanding of high-quality teaching based on evidence, and the ability to model this for others and support others to improve
A commitment to getting the best outcomes for all pupils and promoting the ethos and values of the company and school
Have a good understanding of Ofsted inspections and regulations
· Demonstrable experience of successful line management and staff development
