We're currently working with a brilliant design-led architectural studio situated in London. They are looking to hire a Senior Architect to lead a housing project of around 150 units. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team and make a real impact.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Architect, you'll manage the design and delivery of UK housing projects from mid-stage onwards.

Key Requirements:

  • Hands-on involvement in RIBA stages three, four, and five
  • Demonstrated expertise in technical aspects of architecture
  • Proficiency in construction detailing and documentation
  • Experience with on-site project management
  • Up-to-date understanding of building regulations
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit software
  • Familiarity with NHBC and NBS specifications
  • Track record of successfully navigating planning conditions
  • Specialised knowledge of exterior brick cladding systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Effective workload management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proven capability in overseeing project operations on a day-to-day basis
  • Experience in supervising and guiding teams of three to four individuals
  • Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with consultants, local authorities, subcontractors, and manufacturers
