About the role

As a People Partner at Sourceful, you will partner closely with function Execs and teammates to improve our ways of working and drive our culture initiatives. With a focus on Learning and Development (L&D) at Sourceful, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing our culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Additionally, you will have a keen understanding of Compensation and Benefits to ensure our offerings are competitive, equitable, and align with our company values.

What will your days look like

  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on various People topics and initiatives, including but not limited to organisation design, career development paths, OKRs, DEIB, and our Compensation and Benefits strategies.

  • Design and implement comprehensive L&D programs that address the needs of Sourceful and the aspirations of our team, including leadership development, technical upskilling, and personal growth initiatives.

  • Collaborate with department heads to assess learning needs, develop customized training plans, and measure the impact of L&D initiatives on performance and engagement.

  • Foster a culture of feedback and continuous learning, encouraging open dialogue and leveraging insights to improve our change management, L&D, as well as Compensation and Benefits strategies.

  • Contribute to broader People Operations initiatives, supporting our mission to create a diverse, inclusive, and supportive workplace where everyone can flourish.

Who are you

  • We welcome candidates with 3+ years of experience in People function, or related fields. Relevant degree or certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) would be a plus. Yet, we equally value unconventional journeys marked by exceptional achievements and talent.
  • Relevant experience in People Business Partnering, with exposure to People operations and/or Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience with L&D, including designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs, ideally within a startup or fast-paced environment will be highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding of Compensation and Benefits, with experience in market benchmarking, compensation analysis, and benefits administration will be preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire employees at all levels.
  • First-principle thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and the ability to drive initiatives from conception through to completion.
  • Passionate about innovation, sustainability, and climate change, with a desire to contribute to a growing organisation.
