Project Manager (Payroll) Rate: circa. £650 per day Job Type: Temporary (6 months) SRG are working with a leading Global Pharmaceutical Organization, supporting their search for a Project Manager so assist on a temporary assignment. The successful candidate will need to have strong project management expertise as well as hands-on Payroll Implementation experience. This role will span 6 months at first, with an option for extension. Hybrid working is available but some office presence will be required in one of the client's sites. Main Responsibilities include: Being responsible for the management and overall coordination, status reporting and stability of a variety of enterprise wide projects. Establishing & implementing project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations. Handling the assembly of project plans, teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis. Identifying resource needs, performs quality reviews, accesses and mitigates risk. Escalates functional quality and timeline issues appropriately. Responsible for tracking costs, key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers. Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed. Skills/experience required: Bachelor's degree Proven project management experience (ideally 3 years or more) Working understanding of the budget management process Hands-on payroll implementation experience Above-country level experience - ideally EMEA Good knowledge of (and ideally experience working within) the pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage but is not essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Adept at working independently and as part of a team To Apply If you are interested and want to find out more about this role, please click to apply or contact Theo Charles to discuss further.
