Job Description: As a QA Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the highest standards of quality throughout the manufacturing process. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Conducting quality assurance activities in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory guidelines.
• Reviewing and approving batch records, production documents, and analytical data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Performing internal audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Investigating deviations, out-of-specification results, and customer complaints, and implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
• Participating in the development and implementation of quality systems and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, chemistry, biology, or a related field.
• Previous experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, and other relevant quality standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
