Series Development Executive (Grad Role / Sales Support / Research Role)
CWP (Content With Purpose) is seeking a highly organised team player with initiative and a thirst for knowledge to join us as a Series Development Executive. Whilst this role offers flexible working, those applying must be able to commute to an office in the Swansea region at least two working days per week.

You will have the opportunity to lay the foundations that shape our content through research into a variety of industries and sectors, and organisations and individuals who are steering meaningful progress for sustainable development.

We are strategists, creatives, producers, filmmakers and marketers dedicated to uncovering, creating, and sharing stories of optimism around the world’s greatest challenges. We partner with professional member associations and trade bodies to produce and promote sector-focused ‘digital series’ for their industries. These award-winning series include multi-platform, ‘narrowcast’ content; including documentaries, short films, interviews, and written material.

These digital series are aimed at supporting professionals to drive progress within their sectors towards a positive future. Our innovative, purpose driven content is case study and character-led; highlighting the issues, the solutions and the required innovations to speed the transition to a more sustainable future.

Our digital series feature people and organisations at the forefront of pushing their industries towards a sustainable future, whether that be through exciting technological innovation or rethinking the way business is done. ‘Content Partners’ provide the opportunity to demonstrate progress in action, and span government, academia, corporations, NGOs, charities, funders, start-ups, and more.

It explores the essential role of the resources and waste management sector in advancing circularity and protecting the world’s environment and resources for future generations. Thorough industry analysis to identify key topics, challenges, opportunities in a variety of focus sectors, helping to shape key themes and storylines
In-depth research activity to map out potential partners and contributors for each series, spanning a range of organisations
Use online sources such as company websites and LinkedIn to identify relevant lead contacts
Update and maintain our CRM platform and internal tracking documents, with clear briefing notes and strong attention to detail. 
Meet daily and weekly activity targets to ensure projects progress on track
Ability to digest, process and condense complex information into a clear, articulate analysis / brief
Excellent writing skills and email communication - spelling, punctuation, grammar, accuracy, attention to detail.
Strong time management to meet deadlines, organisation and ability to juggle several projects
Proficient in Excel
Have purpose to your work, by communicating solutions to sustainable development
Help grow an exciting small business and have positive impact
Hybrid / flexible working
Salary - £20-26,000, depending on experience
