Join our team in London as a Project Coordinator in the AsstrA Project Logistics Department
Main responsibilities:
To support commercial and technical offers preparation. To coordinate a seamless cargo flow from contractual origin to destination.
Ensure that all transportation and freight expenditures are implemented prior to actual movements.
To implement working procedures in conjunction with IP’s adopted shipping, consolidation and logistics strategy.
To verify and evaluate the technical suitability of the proposed method of transport. In addition, identify the Required-On-Site (ROS) date for the material and equipment released for shipment.
To attend project progress meetings, meetings at the client's, seller’s / supplier’s facilities when requested by the Project.
Our expectations:
~3+ years of experience in Project Logistics;
~ Proven knowledge of freight forwarding industry;
~ knowledge of Project Cargo transportation;
~ Exceptional problem solving skills;
~ Proactive approach;
~ Ability to work both individually and in a team.
