Liberty Industrial is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead heavy industrial decommissioning and demolition projects in Scotland, 1.5 hours away from Inverness. This pivotal role offers an unparalleled opportunity to drive project delivery in the decommissioning, demolition, and remediation industry across the UK and Europe. Role Responsibilities:

  • Delivery: Safely, timely, and cost-effectively deliver project outcomes.
  • Leadership: Direct and coordinate project activities and the work team, including Project Engineers, HSEQ Manager, and Site Manager.
  • and Compliance: Ensure high-standard completion of project documentation and adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
  • Engagement: Professionally interact with clients, employees, and subcontractors, and assist in developing quality professional relationships to optimize new business opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 5 years of project management experience in heavy industrial decommissioning, demolition, and dismantling, with a preference for experience working within refineries, power stations, heavy industry and off-shore decommissioning.
  • Tertiary qualifications are preferred, alongside relevant industry qualifications (e.g., CSCS-CCDO, NVQ 6+) and proven experience with budgeting and contracts.
  • You should have a good commercial background, experience with CDM 2015, IOSH/NEBOSH certification, proficiency in MSt Project, and strong IT, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree (preferred)
  • 5+ years in heavy industrial demolition/decommission project management (preferred)
  • Licence (preferred)
  • Able to work in the United Kingdom (preferred)
