Administrator required in Redditch Experienced administrator required for a temporary ongoing assignment within HMP Hewell with the potential to go permanent.
As the sole agency supplier to the HM Prison Service for the provision of maintenance trades and support operatives. Hays is seeking to recruit an experienced administrator for HMP Hewell. This is an exciting opportunity to work within the prison service and can often lead to permanent opportunities.
The post is full time (39 hours per week) on a temporary basis Hours worked: Monday – Thursday 07:30am – 16:30pm, Friday working 07:30am – 15:30pm with 1 hour unpaid break. 68 including holiday pay, £12.21 excluding holiday pay.
Maintain and update records within various management information systems.
Maintain office systems in an orderly manner.
Team work as well as the ability to work alone.
Input and maintain spreadsheets/databases/Systems and produce and collate reports.
Provide cover for reception duties as required.

Flexible and adaptable.
