RMN required in Nottingham Hospital- up to £29.15- Days/Nights - Flexible - Temporary My client required a dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse in Hospital in Nottingham. My client is one of the countries leading Psychiatric Intensive Care Units (PICU) for females over 18 years of age, along with a new male PICU. In addition, there will be additional mixed-gender acute service availability.The service offers a multidisciplinary team approach, working collaboratively to support patients through periods of crisis. The wards work closely with patients to promote wellbeing and recovery to ensure the patient remains central to their care. We also work with patients and their families to assess and identify health, social and support needs. You will be responsible for day to day care to the patients that are staying in the Hospital. And work across different units such as Male PICU and Female PICU Registered Mental Health Nurse Skills and responsibilities:
- Naturally caring approach
- Superb clinical skills
- Putting together treatment plans and overseeing a team of care assistants
- First rate clinical leadership skills.
- Hold a relevant nursing qualification
- Be registered with the NMC
- Have satisfactory references
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Have MAPA - TASI or PMVA training
