We are on the look out for Financial Planners in and around the Cumbria area and surronding areas on a Flexible Hybrid basis. Our client is not your average financial advisors - they go about things differently in their Practice and are proud of what their compact but perfectly formed team achieves every day. Relationships with the company’s clients are central to how they operate, and they work shoulder-to-shoulder with them to support their financial freedom aspirations. We are not looking for a ‘normal’ financial planner - we need someone who will bring a unique perspective and personality to the business. You’ll need to be happy being front and centre, playing a part in our unique marketing mix which includes podcasts, social media campaigns, magazine and newspaper features and video content. Of course, you will need the technical and regulatory knowledge to do that job as well. If you're still with us, let’s get to it. Minimum Requirements: You will already have attained the Level 4 Qualification in Regulated Financial Advice, and have relevant professional experience, ideally a minimum of Three years’ experience and working towards Level 6 Advanced Qualification (This is a guide and candidates with the right attributes will be considered) Earnings: For the right candidate there is a generous remuneration package on offer. You will be employed with a Competitive Salary £40k - £50k depending on experience to reflect experience, and a generous on target earnings bonus. You will have the potential to earn £90k - £100K+ within two years, with the opportunity for further progression. Are you:
