The Opportunity for the Transactional Finance Manager: We're searching for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Transactional Finance Manager who will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of their financial processes. Lead the purchase ledger team to create an efficient and collaborative work environment, promoting best practices in accounts payable. Empower your team by providing training and support to purchase ledger staff, fostering their growth and expertise in accounts payable. To be successful as the Transactional Finance Manager you will need the following: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience in accounts payable/purchase ledger. 3+ years of experience in accounts payable/purchase ledger processing. Proficiency in accounts payable/purchase ledger software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). Experience with accounts payable/purchase ledger reconciliations. Excellent organisational and time management skills for managing high-volume workloads. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to manage supplier relationships and internal collaborations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with vendors and internal stakeholders.
