Welding Trainer
Daventry/Hybrid
£Permanent
Monday- Thursday 7am-5:15pm Fridays 7am-1pm
Our client is a really long standing and prevalent engineering manufacturing business based in Daventry. They are now looking a welder trainer to help support an increase in workflow to the business.
Fabrication welding experience both MIG and TIG
- Proficient in microsoft word and excel
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings in order to lay out a welding project
Training and developing the welding team and new starters
-Designing and writing of welding procedures and maintenance of records
-Responsible for total weld quality throughout the company for manufactured products
-Training/coaching employees in accordance with welding procedures and assessment/appraisal of welders
-Management of audit system related to weld quality & internal auditing
-Support NPI welding and product manufacture procedure activity
-Set, operate and maintain the MIG and TIG machines and related tools and equipment.
-MIG Welding with mild steel
