Pay: £18 - £20 per hour

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Chef to lead our production kitchen. You will be responsible for creating and preparing meals that cater to a variety of dietary requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a stunning location and be part of a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations
• Develop and prepare diverse menus catering to various dietary needs
• Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
• Manage kitchen staff and schedules
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role
• Strong knowledge of different dietary requirements and restrictions
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities
